Directions Of Use:

• Wind the rotary gear to the desired angle and hold the vegetable/fruit in your palm and with the other hand run the blades or the peeler firmly over it.
• Rotate the gear counter clockwise till the carver points horizontally out. Stab the fruit or vegetable with the caver knife and carve as you require.
• The hollow handle end can be used as a corer to core apples.
• The protrusions on the front can be used to de-skin oranges, lemons etc 
• Apply pressure as required.
• Wash after each use with a good quality cleaning liquid and wipe clean.
